How to install update\Online documentation links don't work

When installing a new version to update an already installed earlier version, I am assuming I first need to uninstall previous install? I assume all my preferences and settings will be retained in the new version?
I'm currently running FSForce.exe 2.9.0.3669; FSForce.dll 2.11.0.457; FSForce_x64.dll 2.11.0.0457 and wanted to update to 2.14.0.001.

Please advise.

No, just re-install over top of your existing installation.
